• Eligibility: This guarantee applies only to non-artificial (manufacturing) defects. Returns or exchanges due to human error, accidental damage, or change of mind (dissatisfaction) are not accepted.
• Procedure: To request an exchange or refund, please visit our Mong Kok Brandstore in person. You must present the original Sales Memo and return the unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of the date of receipt.
• Exclusions: Suunto.com.hk does not accept returns or exchanges for:Gift VouchersDamaged goods or unwrapped accessoriesItems damaged after acknowledgment of receipt (except manufacturing faults)Items purchased under a Credit Card Installment Program (No refunds) 

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Items can only be exchanged for products of the same or higher value.
• Customers must pay the price difference for higher-valued items.
• No credit or partial refund will be provided if an item is exchanged for one of lower value.

REFUNDS

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Credit card purchases will be refunded to the same card used for the transaction.
• No cancellations can be arranged once a Credit Card Installment Program is confirmed.
