感謝閣下一直以來對Suunto的支持與信任。為了持續提供高品質的維修服務,並確保維修流程更有效率,我們將對保養期以外的Suunto維修服務作出以下調整:
自2025年5月30日起,所有保養期外的Suunto手錶,如需要透過SUUNTO香港專門店進行任何形式的維修或零件、配件置換,SUUNTO香港專門店將收取港幣350元運費及檢查費用。(如閣下接受維修,費用會在修理費上扣除。)
除了透過SUUNTO香港專門店,閣下可以直接透過SUUNTO的網上維修系統(請按此),直接向維修中心提出維修要求。維修中心會直接聯絡閣下,處理報價、運輸等事宜。
我們承諾將繼續以最高標準提供維修服務,如有任何疑問,歡迎聯繫我們的客戶服務團隊,我們將竭誠為您解答。

Dear Suunto Customer,
Thank you for your continued support and trust in Suunto. To maintain high-quality repair services and ensure a more efficient repair process, we will be making the following adjustments to out-of-warranty Suunto repair services:
Starting from May 30, 2025, for all out-of-warranty Suunto watches requiring any form of repair or replacement of parts and accessories through SUUNTO Hong Kong stores, a handling and inspection fee of HKD 350 will be charged. (This fee will be deducted from the repair cost if you proceed with the repair.)
In addition to SUUNTO Hong Kong stores, you may also submit repair requests directly to our repair center through SUUNTO’s online repair system (click here). The repair center will contact you directly to handle quotations, shipping, and other matters.
